About Me

Lyndsay Roberts Rayne MA UKCP

I have a Masters degree in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education and am a fully accredited member of the UKCP. I run clinics in both London and Cambridge and work as a Clinical Supervisor for a Central London Eating Disorders outpatient clinic. I have previously held psychotherapist positions in 3 separate NHS trusts providing individual and group psychotherapy, and for a London based charity with clients who have survived sexual abuse and trauma. I have a Diploma in Creative Supervision at The London Centre for Psychodrama and supervise the work of other psychotherapists.

I have a degree from Oxford University in English Literature and have combined my love of horses and psychotherapy by undertaking EAGALA’s training in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.

Before training to be a psychotherapist I worked in theatre and the arts for many years as a publicist and have a particular interest in working therapeutically with those working in the performing arts.

Since 2017 I have been undertaking a Masters degree in Children’s Book Illustration, and am passionate about helping people live more creative lives, whatever that may look like for them.
