I offer supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists - particularly those who are curious about working in ways that move beyond the purely verbal.

I trained in Creative Supervision at The London Centre for Psychodrama, and my approach draws on action methods and the arts to create a different kind of reflective space. The work we do together should feel alive and supportive of both yourself and your clients. I’m happy supervising both arts-based therapists and talking therapists who are open to exploring their client work creatively, and I work with both qualified therapists and trainees whose clients are adults.

I’m particularly interested in helping therapists set up and thrive in private practice, and exploring how therapists can bring more of their individual humanity into their work.

Outdoor and nature-based supervision

I hold an additional training in Nature Based Psychotherapy and offer supervision outdoors - either as a regular way of working or as an occasional change of setting. If you're already working therapeutically in natural environments, or you're drawn to it and not sure where to start, I have experience in both.

Eating disorder consultation

I specialise in the treatment of eating disorders and offer one-off case consultations to therapists carrying this work. These can be held in person in Cambridge or online, and don't require an ongoing supervisory relationship.

MA supervision

I am an approved supervisor for the MA in Arts Psychotherapy at The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education, which is where I studied for my MA.

Practical details

Supervision is available in person in Cambridge or online.
